Bandwidth
In the event that your organisation exceeds the bandwidth assigned to your subscription in the given billing cycle, you will be charged an overage fee for the additional bandwidth used at the below rates.

Storage capacity
In the event that the your organisation exceeds the upper limit of your subscription's total allocated storage capacity, you will be charged at the below rates for the additional storage capacity required.

Note: Storage capacity is issued in 1TB increments and the measurement of required storage for an account is taken at the highest point within the billing cycle.

If your channel exceeds its monthly bandwidth allocation we will bill you at the per-GB rate listed in the Bandwidth Overage Charges table for your plan. No throttling - your streams keep delivering.
Does unused bandwidth roll over to the next month?
No - bandwidth allocations reset at the end of every billing cycle on every plan.
When am I charged for storage overages?
Storage usage is measured at the highest point in the billing cycle and charged in 1TB increments. You'll see this itemised on your invoice.
Are Live Stream Hour overage fees set?
The Live Stream Hour overage rates are being finalised — they're currently shown as TBD. We'll publish the per-hour rate before the first overage is charged and let you know in advance.
Can I top up bandwidth without changing plan?
No we don't allow "top-ups" but you can remain rest assured that our overage model covers the spike. You can also upgrade your plan at any time mid-cycle (pro-rated) if you expect sustained higher usage.
Will I receive notifications when I get close to my plan limits?
Yes - you will be notified within your admin dashboard as you begin nearing either bandwidth, live stream hour or storage capacity limits. In addition, in-app notifications will be accompanied by email notifications, sent to any Channel Manager, Finance and Admin users linked to your account.
Will my live stream ever terminate unexpectedly if I run out of bandwidth or hours?
No, as long as you have not selected to disable "overages" within the settings area of your channel, your plan will always continue delivering your live stream and it will simply begin incurring overage fees.
