No setup fees. Onboarding takes less than 20 minutes and you will be ready to start streaming.
How does billing work?
Matchday Live offers customers a choice of Annual (Billed Monthly) or Month-to-Month Plans, with a saving of approximately 20% available on Annual plans. All plan fees are billed in advance at the beginning of the billing cycle. All prices exclude VAT, which is applied at checkout (if applicable).
What happens if I exceed my bandwidth?
We'll let you know before you hit your bandwidth limits and recommend the next plan up. If you do exceed more than what is allocated on your plan, you will be charged overage charges as stipulated for your plan - we never throttle your streams.
Can I switch plans if I am on Annual pricing?
Yes - you are able to upgrade at any time and the upgrade takes effect immediately. Downgrades are also possible and will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
